At Shakti's Apothecary, every product is handcrafted in small batches with care and intention. Due to the nature of herbal and consumable products, all sales are generally considered final.

For safety and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

Lost Packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the shipping carrier, Shakti's Apothecary is not responsible for theft, loss, or delivery issues occurring after delivery confirmation.
Event Deposits & Services
For private events, ceremonies, and custom herbal experiences:
Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable and secure your event date.
Cancellations

More than 30 days before event: payments beyond deposit may be refunded.

14–30 days before event: 50% of payments may be refunded.

Less than 14 days before event: no refunds available.
Custom formulations, branded materials, and special-order ingredients are non-refundable once production begins.
